He was born to the family of Late Francis U Iwuaru and Mrs. Catherine Iwuaru on the 20th February ,1962.He attended his primary school in Umunama Mbaise Imo State. He was at the famous Mbaise Secondary School from 1975 to 1980. He started out his working Career with the Central Bank of Nigeria on the 5th January 1983. He also attended the Yaba College of Technology where he obtained his HND certificate in 1992. He attended the ESUT business School for his PGD and Masters in Business Admin. & Mgt. He is a member of the Nigeria Institute of Management, Chartered Institute of Personnel Mgt. and Institute of Bankers.
He attended numerous leadership programs both local and international . He is a certified Contact Centre Manager from Purdue University USA. Currently pursuing a Law degree program from the Open University of Nigeria.
He is a community person and involved in various community development initiatives and as well a community leader.
He is currently a Branch Controller at the Central Bank of Nigeria and is married with two children.
